Drawing Classes
Stippling: The Victorian art form. The art of rendering pictures using only dots of black ink on a gourd. Each student
kit will include a whole clean gourd, three pages of patterns, one set of permanent drawing markers, and insturctions. Class
length is four hours, beginner level to intermediate, fee per student is $ 40.00 and class size linited to 15 students.

Flowers in Color Pencils
This class will teach you now to use waxed based professional grade color pencils and a couple of different techniques
while we render flowers on a whole gourd. Each student kit will include a whole clean gourd, one set of 24 professional grade
color pencils, a pencil sharpener, graphite paper, and three pages of floral patterns with insturnctions. Class fee is $50.00
per student, length of class is four hours, and class size is limited to 15 studnets.

PPYRGRAPHY
Wood Burning 102 Fur, Feathers, and Fun. This art form is a passion of mine and when done well will
can look like a photograph. This is a class for intermediate or beginning students looking for more realism in their fire
pictures. Each student must have their own tempature adjustable wood burning unit and the following pens or tips, a thin fine
blade (a razor tip or writing tip) and a shader tip (like a ball or small flat spoon). Each student will render
their choice of animal, fish or foul from a dozen patterns included in each student instruction booklet. The kit also comes
with a whole clean gourd and graphite paper. Class length is four hours and fee per student is $30.00

NOT JUST ANOTHER PRETTY FACE. In this class each student will make their own gourd
mask. Each student will be given a gourd half to use as their mask's face in this amazing class. Students will have free choice
of design, colors used, and the kind and type of decorations used as well. Come explore your wild side in this fun filled
four hour class, Beginner level and up are welcome. Class fee is $75.00 per person, with a class size of 10 per class. Each
student will get a hand out of insturctions during class to keep.

SINGLE HEAD DRUM CLASS. In this all day class students will make their own gourd drum. Student kit includes a cut,
clean, sanded, gourd, a rawhide goat skin, lacing, metal ring and written insturctions. In class students will assmeble their
gourd drum by preparing the rawhide and ring for use, and staining or painting their drums before putting it all together.
Fee per student is $75.00 per person class size is limited to 10 students.

MINI DRUM NECKLACES
Make a minature drum necklace in this four hour class. Students kits will include a jewelery gourd cut and cleaned, a
rawhide drum head, lacing, and waxed linen thread to string your necklace. Fee per student is $30.00 and class size is limited
to 20 students.

Weaving Classes:
Philodendrun Seath double Fan Bowl. In this class each student will learn to sew two Philodendrun sheaths to a gourd
bowl going in opposite directions. Students kit will include: one cut cleaned and drilled gourd bowl, two Philodendrun sheaths,
instructions, waxed linen thread, and several pieces of dry decorative material to finish off each bowl at the end of class.
Class length is four hours and fee per student is $35.00 for this beginners level class. Class size is limited to 20 students.

Knotless Netting on Gourd Ornaments. Students will make two small gourd ornaments
in this four hour class, using waxed linen thread and small whole gourds. Each person will learn knotless netting technique and
lace on a gourd techinque during class time. Each kit will include: two small clean gourds, insturctions, enough waxed linen
thread to complete the projects, eye hooks and hangers, and a few beads to finish off each piece. This beginners class is
linited to 20 students per class, fee is $40.00 per person.

Southern Pine Needle Rim. In this easy four hour class students will be given their
choice of staining or painting their bowl and then a woven rim of three rows of Southern Pine needles will be stitched to
the gourd bowl finished off with a few feathers and beads to complete this project.This simple weaving class is fun for every
one as we work with waxed linen thread and double stitch small bunches of pine needles to out gour bowl. Fee per student is
$35.00, class size is limited to 20 studnets. Each student kit will include a cut, cleaned, drilled, gourd bowl, enough waxed
linen thread to complete the project, Southern Pine needles, and a packet of beads and feathers along with complete instructions.

POWER CARVING 101
Maple Leaf Pin Class. In this beginners carving class students will get to work with a small rotary power tool and different
bits, and mini jigsaws. As they cutout and carve a Maple leaf pin in this loud, messy, and fun class.
Teacher will provide all materials used in this class, this includes the blanks for each pin, a pin back,hot glue, use
of a mini jigsaw, rotary tool and bits. Class size is limited to 10 students per class, length of class is four hours at a
fee of $40.00 per student.

HERE CHICK, CHICK, CHICK.
Let's make chickens! These hens will delight and amuse as they come to life in this four hour class. Students will make
two chickens during this class one large and one small one. Each kit will include: two clean whole gourd, pegs, and written
insturctions. In class we'll make the eyes, beak, wattles, and comb for our birds out of clay and painting them. Class fee
is $35.00 per students and class size is limited to 20 students.

POLYMER CLAY
Father Christmas ornaments on Banana gourds. Learn how to make detailed Santa faces by hand using Polymer clay
in this four hour class. Student kit includes: one clean banana gourd, enough polymer clay to complete the project, an eye
hook and hanger,written insturction, and paint to finish your ornment in class. Student fee is $45.00 intermediate level
class 12 student limit per class.
